• The penthouse has 24/24 security with the elevators opening directly into the apartment.
• We provide a full time maid, 2 bi-lingual service staff to prepare breakfasts and serve throughout the day. A further 2 service staff are in during the evenings. We provide these staff to ensure total comfort for our clients. We have a full team of service staff and one of the most highly regarded chefs on the Côte D’Azur.
• We have provided the services, management and catering at this apartment for 14 years and everything we do is prepared fresh and “on site”. The photographs shown earlier in this document is of a dinner we recently provided for a corporate client during MIPTV 2007.
• The rental price for the week of MIPIM including all the linen including new bathrobes monogrammed with the client’s corporate logo, all toiletries (Crabtree and Evelyn or similar) staff as mentioned above, breakfast daily for a maximum of 10, electricity (pool heating excluded) water charges, a stocked fridge on arrival, all teas, coffees, general groceries, an opening stock of good wines (24 bottles), Champagne (24 bottles) and soft drinks.
