The living and dining rooms are dressed with original French antiques. The living room also has a flat screen TV, European DVD player and a 20G I Pod and docking station (complete with a diverse library of music). The dining table can seat up to 6 people.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped, and completed with gas appliances, and fitted washing machine.

 

The three bedrooms can comfortably sleep five people, (six people  if necessary). All rooms have ample built in storage, clock radios and bedside lamps.

 

The Queen room looks onto the small garden, the Double room has its own study area and is also equipped with a security safe. The single room has its own en suite. A trundle bed is available to sleep a sixth person. All beds are complete with quality linens.

 

The two bathrooms are both newly renovated, and dressed with the softest fluffiest towels you will find! You will also find a hairdryer in the main bathroom.

 

The convenient ground floor location of the apartment means you have your own private courtyard that will become your secluded sanctuary to enjoy the sun and sounds of Cannes. The out-door furniture includes table,chairs and sun umbrella.

 

An iron, ironing board and clothes horse is available for your convenience.

 

The apartment has WIFI available in selected areas of the apartment.

 

The apartment building is safe and secure. The building features security intercom at the main entrance and the apartment has roller shutters for additional security.
